She starts the video by asking the viewers to catch a mistake while she is squatting. Then she proceeds to take some weights and start the squat. The camera is zoomed into her knees, and the process shows that while getting up from the squat, there is a slight twitch in the knees before getting up straight. She captioned the post writing, “Not everything needs to be “fixed”. It would be easier for me to make content that makes outlandish promises. But I’m here to always give you NO BS fitness advice that’s rooted in science and first principles.”

Dr Cohen also wrote that knee Valgus and knockknees are individual cases. A slight movement or deviation is expected during high-intensity workouts so fixing a particular movement is only needed if there is pain associated with movement. She further noted that this kind of movement is known as symmetrical.
