Sulek advised beginners who wanted huge muscles to stick to a plan when trying to gain weight. “Anything you can get that’s calorie-dense as long as you also hit your gram per pound of body weight of protein. So if you’re a 180-pound dog, you’re going to need 180 grams of protein. Increase that or decrease that, depending on what your actual lean body weight is now,” the influencer said.
