Sulek advised beginners who wanted huge muscles to stick to a plan when trying to gain weight. “Anything you can get that’s calorie-dense as long as you also hit your gram per pound of body weight of protein. So if you’re a 180-pound dog, you’re going to need 180 grams of protein. Increase that or decrease that, depending on what your actual lean body weight is now,” the influencer said.

Even after trying this method, if one doesn’t put on extra weight, Sulek recommended adding some sweets like vanilla ice cream or high-calorie sandwiches with lots of peanut butter and cream cheese to your diet. Earlier, after seeing his diet plan, the IFBB Pro coach and YouTuber, Greg Doucette shared a video discussing his diet regimes and criticized the young influencer for his insufficient nutritional meal preference.

Doucette’s advice for longevity

Doucette admitted that even at the age of 48 he is happy, and wants to live longer. To live a long life he takes good care of his health and avoids taking anything which is not beneficial for his body. However, after discussing his life he began talking about the young bodybuilding beast.
Voicing his disappointment about Sylek, he emphasized that time is precious, once it’s gone, you can’t get it back. “You want to live as long as humanly possible,” added Doucette. He warned not just fitness influencers but anyone who wanted to try something that looked fine at a young age but would affect their lives later. Whom do you follow for the better health advice?
