“Anything Is Possible”: After 2 Years of Intense Training, Olympia-Bound Bodybuilder Once Flaunted Her Stunning Gains

Katelyn Winkler is gearing up for the IFBB pro shows in full swing, and her transformation has a lot to say about her rigorous workout regime. She ventured into the bodybuilding arena after trying her hands at swimming, running, and Taekwondo, apart from being a fashion model. The bodybuilder now seriously aims for great things in the sport. She often keeps her social media followers updated about her physique transformation from the day she set on the mission of becoming an ace bodybuilding champion.

In an Instagram post a few weeks back, Winkler posted her 2-year physical metamorphosis flaunting her shredded avatar.

Lifting weights was a basic routine for Winkler for the past seven years. After graduating from Radford University, the bodybuilder now shuffles between her hectic job as a program analyst and being a bodybuilder. However, missing out on training sessions was never an option for Winkler.

 The recent Instagram post gives a glimpse of her two years back and her present physique. She captioned the two-year transformation post she shared on Instagram, ”Don’t tell me it can’t be done. Anything is possible if you want it bad enough.” The broad shoulders, narrow waist, and muscular thighs of the bodybuilder couldn’t go unnoticed.

She is aiming to grow in her bodybuilding career. Her fitness journey began when she was fed of being labeled as the skinny girl. The idea of bodybuilding was seeded after scrolling through various pages of fitness models on social media. Though it was a sort of hobby for Winkler initially, the dynamics toward the sport have long changed as she started competing in bodybuilding events. In 2021, the first step to becoming a professional bodybuilder was laid when the IFBB pro hired a trainer to sport a perfect physique. And she has progressed very far in her journey.

Debut on Pro stage this year

Having won the NPC Universe Championships women’s physique, open overall category last year, Winkler is now prepping for pro shows scheduled on August 4-5 at Tampa, and on August 19, she would be attending Texas Pro. “I’m a pro but I want to be a competitive pro,” says Winkler, per Female Bodybuilding channel.

The three-time Junior Olympics participant now aims to pose on the Ms.Olympia stage and is relentlessly gearing up for the upcoming events, which would help her realize her dream of becoming an ace bodybuilder. Let’s hope Katelyn Winkler sets the stage on fire with her pro debut.
