Revealing more about his transformation, Andr? stated that he has lost 45 lbs for this season’s ripped look. He revealed that he first got down to 184 lbs from 218 lbs. But he had to continue the fat loss journey as “The camera adds 10 pounds. It’s totally true.”?He finally stopped after weighing in at 173 pounds. He even stated, “If you see any middle aged person with abs know that they’re either psychotic or unemployed, because it is a full time job.”

How Andr? lost 45 pounds?
Talking about his journey, Andr? revealed that he has three trainers at the moment who helped him get in shape.?“I would do coffee and pre workout before, so I was geeked on caffeine. During the workout, I feel like I?m on crystal meth. But the rest of the day, I’m like, dead.”?He also stated that he trained abs every day at night after his daily workouts. Andr? pointed out that he relied on HIIT and strength training.
Revealing about his nutrition, he recalled,?“You can’t drink any alcohol, and you can’t have hot Cheetos?you start losing your mind.” He disclosed that he ate around 1800-2000 calories every day during his journey consisting of high-protein meals.
