However, in his latest Instagram post, the man?who saved a failing functional fitness company, made an honest confession about fitness and aging.
Wahlberg posted a clip from one of his workout sessions. The Transformers 4 actor made his confession in the caption. However, his confession about the reality of aging also contained a positive message.

In the video, the 52-year-old fitness freak showed what he meant by putting in the work. Wahlberg stood on a pair of boxes and did Romanian deadlifts with a kettlebell. However, he made the movement more intense by lowering the weight in the gap between the two boxes, extending the range of motion. While unconventional, Wahlberg prefers these modified exercises.
