He briefly posed at a muscle contest to flex his shredded frame, alongside IFBB champ Phil Heath and current pro Reagan Grimes. The athlete had been consistently sharing updates on his Fit for 50 journey. After his birthday last week, Cutler?s 12-week transformation was officially over.?
Thus, talking about it in the recent episode of Cutercast, the athlete sat down with bodybuilding veteran Milos Sarcev and Manager Matt. While they discussed a range of topics, his transformation also popped up, revealing interesting facts about his journey.?

In the roundtable discussion that followed in the fresh interview on Wednesday, the 50-year-old athlete opened up on following a simple method but consistently, which bolstered his regime even at his declining age. Moreover, Manager Matt teased the fact that Cutler had not really put in life-changing efforts but rather a change in his diet and cardio training.?
Matt pointed out, ?I saw a bunch of people commenting on one of the videos hey I can’t believe he’s doing this at his age he’s he’s pushing an envelope and I’m sitting there thinking like what he really did was just up the food and cardio there’s nothing real different.??
However, the Quad-stomp poser explained that it was actually ?a lot of work.? He claimed that six meals a day make a huge difference and that he never compromised with his diet. The former Mr. Olympia said,? “I’m very particular with the nutrition but I’m not perfect?the meals I’m eating?is super clean it’s plain chicken and plain steak from Trifecta today with a little bit of sea salt.? Eventually, bodybuilding legend Sarcev struck up a fascinating question.?

The 5?9 beast had previously described his transformation goals as being the best version of himself inside and out, rather than focusing only on the physical aspects. Sarcev pondered if it was too difficult to maintain such an intense diet. Thus, Cutler highlighted that while it mandated much effort but it did not feel too tough to follow. Moreover, he also cut himself some slack at times.?
?it’s a lot of work but I’m really hungry for six meals when you do 90 minutes like I do an hour this morning I’m still on the cardio but we went to eat, I had some cheesecake,? the IFBB pro shared. Cutler revealed that he and his manager went out for desserts and other cheat meals two nights in a row, but that did not hurt his regime.?
