Arnold Schwarzenegger does not shy away from revealing the truth about news and the media. He is very particular about imparting honest information to his fans and ‘village’ through his newsletter and if that means insulting the media so be it. Recent news in America declared that pesticide was found in 80% of people who were tested in the US and this was linked to oats-based foods sold in the US which included major brand names like Cheerios. In their latest newsletter, he took up the news of how Cheerios are being dubbed to be dangerous because of the chemicals they contain.

However, he busted the myth with extensive research and facts through experimentation.

He started with the headline on Fox News but also counteracted with proper research studies and evidence. The Austrian Oak has been in the Hollywood industry for a long time and knows how media works. He said how headlines are optimized for most clicks and sometimes they are not very accurate. He said that “unless you eat 600 boxes daily, you’re not taking in an amount deemed dangerous.”

When he had decided to start Arnold’s Pump Club he resolved to protect the masses from misinformation. So he decided to review the research study that suggests that the level of chemicals in Cheerios is not dangerous and does not cause any health issues. He mentioned Dr Andrea Love and said, “The headlines suggested high amounts of pesticide in Cheerios and other popular cereals. Thanks to Dr. Andrea Love of Unbiased Science for breaking down the practical findings, which makes it clear why the threat is not what it appears.”

The bodybuilding champion also gives another logic that the body rapidly flushes out in toxins so there is nothing to be concerned about. However, he also gave people the benefit of the doubt and told them to choose what was best for themselves. The best thing about Arnie is that he does not trust his opinion of anyone and keeps everything open for discussion. He also informed his tribe about a 10-year diet study that broke the myth of one magic pill or one perfect diet.

He had previously revealed a 10-year diet study. “Many diet books and experts will try to convince you that there’s one “best” diet,” Schwarzenegger complained. However, he had the best suggestion for his village and told them to not look for one-stop solutions.
