Bodybuilding champions often help the budding generation of fitness enthusiasts by fueling them with both inspiration and proper guidance. Iain Valliere is one such bodybuilder who introduced the community to one of the most celebrated bodybuilders in the Classic Physique division of Mr. Olympia. It was Valliere’s recognition of true talent that enabled the creation of the legacy of Chris Bumstead and his 5 Mr. Olympia titles.

The 33-year-old former bodybuilder, Ian Valliere retired weeks ago. Yet he has not cut ties with the sport. He recently turned his attention towards the 21-year-old fitness influencer with a massive physique, Sam Sulek.

In a recent video posted by Sam Sulek Clips’ YouTube page, the 21-year-old bodybuilder was seen getting trained by Iain Valliere. The latter gave directions to Sulek about posing, showcasing the differences between each pose and helping the influencer choose the right technique to pose. Valliere at one point directed, “Sandwich that hamstring up against it. See, look at the difference. If I’m here versus like if I’m here look at my hamstring difference.”

The tips seemed extremely helpful for the amateur bodybuilder. Valliere did not hesitate to point out his mistakes and did not restrict himself from praising Sam Sulek when he made progress with just minimal directions. As the duo went back and forth, the transition in Sulek’s posing could be seen visibly.

Sam Sulek has often been dragged into controversies by allegations of using PEDs to drive his massive physique. Despite this, the budding bodybuilder often shares his tips with fitness enthusiasts on how to build muscles.

Sam Sulek’s advice on muscle-building

In one of the videos shared by Motivata, Sam Sulek was seen talking about his insights on building huge muscles. According to him calorie-rich nutrition always helps in becoming bulkier. Hence he suggested, “Anything you can get that’s calorie-dense as long as you also hit your gram per pound of body weight of protein. So if you’re a 180-pound dog, you’re going to need 180 grams of protein. Increase that or decrease that, depending on what your actual lean body weight is now.”
