The world in the 21st century revolves around mobile phones. From shopping and entertainment to education, smartphones have broken all barriers, providing every service on one tap. Many researchers, however, believe that increased screen time and social media use have an impact on mental health. So, the ex-wife of Arnold Schwarzenegger is up for a social detox, as she quit social media for a month.
