The Terminator is known to state straight facts from evidence-based research. This time, he shared two meta-analysis research studies. One study discovered that consuming Ashwagandha is beneficial in fixing your sleeping cycle, a common issue that many gymgoers and fitness enthusiasts deal with. According to the study, those on Ashwagandha slept nearly half an hour longer than those that were on a placebo. Ashwagandha also improves the quality and efficiency of your sleep.
The other meta-analysis of 11 studies uncovered that Ashwagandha can noticeably reduce the stress and anxiety you feel. It is seen as effective in reducing the cortisol levels in your body. To witness the effects of Ashwagandha, studies suggest you might need to consume 300 to 600 milligrams each day. The Terminator pointed out that both studies are promising, but more experiments need to be done to find out the long-term effects of the herb.
Arnie also warned everyone not to get scammed in the search for good supplements. He advised them to buy supplements from companies that support third-party certifications. The Austrian Oak proposed purchasing only NSF-Certified for Sport and Informed Sport-certified supplements to get better quality and pure supplements.
On the other hand, a clinical study has also discussed how Ashwagandha is associated with muscle mass and strength.

Our body can produce testosterone to a certain amount, but to engage in bodybuilding, you need a catalyst to surpass that limit for enhanced muscles and strength. A study was conducted by Sachin Wankheded and his team on two different groups of men. One of the groups was given 300–600 milligrams of Ashwagandha twice a day, daily, throughout the research. The other group was given a placebo.
When the results came in, the group that was given Ashwagandha performed significantly better than the placebo group. The Ashwagandha group had more muscle strength and function than the placebo group, with the herb also shown to reduce recovery time by boosting the testosterone level while lowering the body fat percentage.
