Bodybuilding is one of the most competitive sports in creation. But it has often been considered an unfair sport, primarily due to the subjective nature of valuation. Often athletes like Lee Priest have complained about the same. Some have even quit because of it. Despite this and his height of 5’4 inches, the ‘Giant Killer’ defeated Ronnie Coleman five times in just one year.

Recently, a video got attention on the internet where the sports fanatics came together to support this fearless, courageous bodybuilder, Lee Priest. Throughout his career, he has been in many controversies, regardless of this he gained popularity because of his generosity.

This Youtube short video was shared by a page dedicated to bodybuilding, called Bodybuilding Beast. In this short clip, they showcased plenty of reasons why he got banned from the IFBB, the pinnacle of bodybuilding federations for a lifetime showcasing the injustice that floats in the realm of bodybuilding.

During the 2003 Mr. Olympia Press conference, the host Wayne DeMellia asked Priest about his consideration to share his prize money with athletes who didn’t win money. He confidently said, that if he won prize money, he would share it with lower-placing bodybuilders, who worked just as hard but didn’t earn any money. But this is not the reason why he got banned. It is believed Priest allegedly violated an IFBB contract forbidding athletes from competing in other federations.
