In a recent video posted on Chris Bumstead’s YouTube channel, he can be seen having fun during an arm workout with his buddy URS. They both seem to have pleasant conversations during which, Bumstead talks about the reasons behind his glowing skin. 

When the duo exchanged their opinions about general things, URS complemented Chris Bumstead for his perfect-looking skin. Leading the conversation ahead and revealing the secret behind his skin, the reigning Mr. Olympia said,I was looking older partly this year and then I just was focusing on health all year and it showed in my face. Bumstead revealed that he had focused on his health and taken good care of it and now it is visible on his face.

The bodybuilding legend has been careful about health and to maintain, he not only trains his body in the gym but also ensures the consumption of a good diet. Moreover, he has also maintained the intake of his protein intake. After this, his diet was closely monitored by the IFBB coach, Greg Doucette.

In one of his recent videos, the IFBB bodybuilding coach revealed the protein diet of Bumstead. He said, “for breakfast, he is having a shake with three scoops of protein also a couple of slices of bread and he is not scared of artificial sweeteners.” The coach believes that has maintained the intake of protein with fiber, which is good for the overall body. According to Greg Doucette, the bodybuilder Chris considers taking a vegetable diet during his off-seasons as it is not suitable for his health. Shedding the light on his overactive immunity system, the coach said, “But remember Chris has an autoimmune disease. He is working with doctors and has the most ideal diet for him. Notice I said, for him, perhaps for you if you copy this it wouldn’t be healthy,” explains Doucette.
