After being overweight for a long time, Joan MacDonald joined an online women?s fitness group.?After rigorous training and support from her daughter, she lost a huge amount of weight and is jacked at present. She maintains her fitness just like these two grandpas and defies age. MacDonald also revealed that the fitness journey was difficult and said, ?I won?t lie ? it wasn?t easy. I had to learn about macros, create balanced meals, and even start lifting heavy weights in the gym!??
