The natty or not natty debate continues to dominate the bodybuilding world, and Mike O’Hearn’s often finds itself being synonymous with that discussion. The 54-year-old’s ripped frame is a source of envy to many and a subject of debate and speculation for others. Despite Titan’s rigorous training at the gym, the fitness world is not inclined to credit the actor for his efforts and genetics.

In the latest YouTube clip shared by Greg Doucette, O’Hearn was seen challenging his haters with his blood work, but his intention didn’t resonate with the fitness world.

Carving out an aesthetic physique requires intense training and diet norms. However, that’s not all, as most bodybuilders depend on supplements to maintain a jacked frame well into the fifties. The fitness community believes Mike O’Hearn’s gains are not natty. So, Greg Doucette took on himself to solve the pestering puzzle.

Reviewing a clip of O’Hearn proposing a blood work proof to determine his lifetime natural status, the IFBB Pro coach Doucette has many things to say. “And so he’s saying, ‘Oh, I’m going to show you my blood work. I’m going to show you.’ And so what does Mike do? He goes off cycle, perhaps just on HRD, says, look, my testosterone levels, they’re in the normal range,” Doucette pointed.

The coach suggests that the blood work reflects the body parameters of only the present but cannot unravel what happened for three decades. Also, the coach complained that Mike would not stand on his words of providing blood work as proof. The online bodybuilding community already has an answer to Mike O’Hearn’s natty question.

The internet cried “not natty” in chorus

The internet never gets enough of Mike O’Hearn’s methods of bodybuilding training. “I am pretty sure aliens from outer space could tell he’s on gear,” joked a follower revealing confidence in O’ Hearn supplement intake. “Mike O’Hearn is my favorite natty teen vegan calisthenics athlete who just started training yesterday,” mocked another user.

I’m never going to believe that he’s natural,” declared a bodybuilding enthusiast. “He’s on natural steroids. It’s a new type,” wrote a hilarious commenter. “What does it matter if he’s natty or not? He still puts in the work at the gym,” claimed another supporting O’Hearn for his efforts working out.
