So, at 16, he decided to go down the same path, and after 30 years in?bodybuilding, Mike O?Hearn has made a permanent place in the hearts of all. The Titan, who became a 4-time Mr. Universe and 4-time California Powerlifting Champion with more than 400 magazine features, is the talk of social media. In a large family of 10, Mike, being the youngest, was the punching bag for his siblings. In a family where everyone was either a powerlifter or bodybuilder, his dream was also to be in the fitness sphere.

The video not only showed his present but also his past. The Titan was always striving for the best, and even as a high school sophomore, he had big dreams. O’Hearn wrote in the Instagram post’s caption,?“The moral of this story is, ignorant bliss can be a beautiful thing. Sophomore in high school and the goals were a 405-bench press alongside a state championship ?”.?The Titan not only fulfilled his goals later on, but that year back in high school, they won the state championship in football.

O’Hearn further talked about his?”ignorant bliss”?and wrote,?”I was a kid so I loved it no matter what, and it made me believe I could do anything. Another goal at that time, or should I say a goal of ignorant bliss was that I could lift like a REBEL for a lifetime.”?The Titan did not disappoint his younger self and fulfilled that dream into a reality.?Even after all the family hardships and earning?from a young age, he strived for the goal and made it real.
