Amidst the scrutiny, the 48-year-old also added a jolting revelation, “Potassium citrate? Made in a lab. Sodium citrate? Made in a lab. Citric acid and zinc glutamate, all made in the lab. With a tone of skepticism, he asked any doctors watching to weigh in on whether these ingredients belong in our bodies. However, he didn’t just criticize; he offered an alternative. “If you dehydrate, you don’t need this,” he suggested. Instead, he recommended, “Go get you some fruit juice, man. A million times better than this manmade Pedialyte.”  Making a habit of scrutinizing ingredients in popular products, he delves into the daily consumption of these items by people, reading the ingredients to raise awareness of the harmful chemicals they contain. However, before delving into the electrolyte drink, he turned his attention to the components of the widely consumed soft drink, 7UP.
