The royal prince who married ‘Suits’ actress Megan Markle was spotted wearing all black and keeping it breezy with a T-shirt and sneakers. He also wore a California hat and a stack of bracelets. Harry has always been known for his fitness and enthusiasm for bodybuilding. He plays polo, rugby, and soccer, so it is not a new thing for the royal member to work out at the gym.

Harry also competed in the Sentebale ISPS Handa Polo Cup at the Singapore Polo Club recently. The polo star Ignacio “Nacho” Figueras, has also said that the prince is pretty competitive when it comes to sports. Prince Harry does not compromise on his fitness and ahead of his UK return, he seems to be more geared up than ever.

Amid his exercise session, the father of two has joined the likes of Beyonc?, Tom Brady, and his wife Meghan Markle in drinking alkaline water. This is a special kind of water that has a high pH and has a host of health benefits.

Harry prefers Flow alkaline water as per People?s magazine and was spotted drinking it several times before. While there is not much research into the health benefits of this drink, existing studies have shown that the higher pH in water can enhance hydration and support weight loss.
