Having hegemonized the strongman arena for so long, Eddie Hall is all equipped to set foot in the world of bodybuilding. In the recent video, Hall was in conversation with Jamie “The Giant,” the IFBB pro bodybuilder. In the YouTube video Hall, was explaining how one can achieve a toned body and his out-of-the-box “bulk method.” Furthermore, the beast propounds that he is on the verge of increasing his weight and then pointing toward structuring the body.

As mentioned by Eddie Hall, “At my peak, I was 433 pounds. So my idea is to get up to 433 pounds by April, that’s another 30 pounds, and then gonna cut by the end of the year. Like bulk, get the muscles big and juicy and then cut.”

In one of the eminent YouTube videos by a distinguished YouTuber, Nick states, “Realistically, if Eddie cuts down to a lean enough stage weight to be on a bodybuilding stage. He’s probably not gonna have the same muscle mass as a pro bodybuilder, right off the bat.” This might look like an absurd move, but for a legend who has deadlifted 1,100 pounds, isn’t paradoxical.
