Despite everything, Deyzel managed to climb the ladder of success. In his recent Instagram post, he posted a physique update before his upcoming show and wrote,?“Working on my physique to bring the best package I can. Got a new daily routine and switched up my diet a little bit.”?He wrote on the third slide of his Instagram post,?“Without struggle, there is no progress.”

Continuing further, he wrote,?“It?s these small daily successes that add up each day. As humans were full of emotion, some positive some negative. Those emotions give us energy and we need to put that towards something progressive. We have to use what we have inside to grow and progress!”

Who was Deyzel’s friend who lost his life?
July 1 was a sad day for the lifting community as Deyzel confirmed the passing of fitness influencer Joe Lindner. Known for his ‘alien chest gains,’ Lindner passed away in the arms of his girlfriend in Thailand due to an aneurysm. His girlfriend took it to her social media and wrote, “We was just lay down cuddle..waiting the time to go meet Noel at the gym at 16.00 ..he was in my arms.. than this is just happening too fast.. 3 days ago he kept said that he pain his neck .. we not really realize it? until it too late.”
Posting a posing picture along with Joe Lindner, Noel Deyzel wrote.?“Rest in peace Jo. I love you man.”?Continuing, Noel stated,?“I still keep checking my phone waiting for your reply so we can meet at the gym. I’m broken bro, you opened your arms up to us, you showed us so much about life and social media.”
