He revealed that his old videos about cooking noodles in a cell were the reality of his childhood in prison. He stated, “I was raised on Top Ramen as a kid. When I went to prison, it was a staple of my diet. I was eating four to five Ramens a day with the whole seasoning pack.”

However, Kali Muscle revealed that the diet of Top Ramens, which was his staple in prison was highly dangerous, now that he came across its ingredients. All this bad stuff, Silicon, dioxide that clogs up your arteries, sodium alginate clog you up, sodium carbonate all this in here. Look it even had a color. It has lactose in there. It got everything that causes heart attacks.”

In 2021, Kali Muscle was hospitalized after having a heart attack. It was revealed that the heart attack occurred due to the left artery that supplies blood to the left side of the heart being clogged completely. He underwent emergency surgery and was later discharged from the hospital After recovering from this major health scare, Muscle has been focusing much more on what he consumes.

Although Kali Muscle did not have the best food choices back when he was growing up and during his prison days, the bodybuilder revealed how he learned discipline there, which later helped him in his bodybuilding venture.
