Hence, in a resurfaced YouTube interview, Coleman invited Mr. Olympia contender, Derek Lunsford, to drive in for his iconic meal at an esteemed diner, iHop.?

As per the interview, the 59-year-old legend went in for his go-to meal at iHop, but this time with former 212 Olympia champion, Derek Lunsford. As per sources, Coleman?s ideal breakfast that he?s been having for the past 25 years was, ?pancakes, egg whites, bacon? and coffee. Having spent around $136,875 on it, the athlete is still not over it. Therefore, as the athletes got together, interesting conversations on food emerged as they reflected back on their experiences.?

While bodybuilding was The King?s passion, he had to take up odd jobs to provide for himself. Thus, he even worked at a diner once, at Denny?s, per the source. However, soon after getting off from work, Coleman would rush to iHop and grab his favorite meal. Recalling one of his bad experiences, the star athlete shared that once at a diner, he got some bad chicken but still kept eating it. Since it was ?better than nothing.??

?I look and see some eyes looking right back at me, they put a whole chicken in there…but I kept eating it though,? the American pro added. Lunsford was intrigued by the idol?s hustling capabilities and love for food. As the two relished the champion meal, even the young athlete recalled his experience with chicken in the Philippines. What happened was, when he and his wife went looking for a lean chicken there, his wife was handed in a whole chicken. Interestingly, Coleman was very picky about his food.?

Earlier this year, Coleman appeared in an interview, allowing the fans to delve deeper into his diet priorities. He was quite choosy about his nutrition and hardly had any greens on his menu. Revealing his dietary regime, he said, ?I didn?t eat vegetables so had to write my diet around that. Because I didn?t eat anything green and then I was very picky about you know what I would eat.?

Coleman claimed he liked to keep his meals simple. Therefore, chicken and rice, steak and potato, and turkey were his usuals on the menu. He never liked fish, hence that was cut off from the list. “So I?ve a very limited amount of food that I can eat,? the star athlete added.?
