Mark Wahlberg, in his recent Instagram post, gave a tour of the F-45 gym to his 24.4 million Instagram community. The caption read, “Best workout in the world @f45_training @municipal. In the video snippet, Marky Mark, wearing Municipal sports gear, shows people of all ages working out together. The place is pumping with activity, with even children doing weight-band exercises. Some can be seen doing step exercises, while others are engaged in bench presses and many such bodyweight training. The F45 gym is a functional training institute that promises significant results through three core ideas: training with family, high-intensity workouts, and results in just 45 minutes. Although the gym is doing well now, it had a rocky start in 2017. Wahlberg added his Midas touch when he became F45’s Chief Brand Officer in April. The gym has started generating positive buzz in the community.
