Ever since the introduction of Classic Physique back in 2016, Chris Bumstead has dominated the entire category. As the 2023 Mr. Olympia just winded up a few days back in Orlando, Chris Bumstead emerged victorious again and won the title for the fifth consecutive time. While the bodybuilding community has been going crazy ever since, fans of Ramon Dino, who came second, tend to believe that Dino has been robbed of his title chance.

As Ramon Dino made his Olympia debut back in 2021 and came fifth, he improved massively in 2022 and secured the second position. While many fans were hoping for Dino to win the title this year, Bumstead made sure that he got his hands on the title again. As Dino’s fans made claims about the results being unfair, Bumstead did not hesitate to take a jibe at Dino using one of his Instagram stories.

As Mr. Olympia LLC posted on Instagram regarding Bumstead’s win, Ramon Dino’s fans commented their take on the same. While someone wrote, “Ramon has been robbed,” another user stated, “The biggest robbery of @mrolympiallc hahahaha this was @ramondinopro for sure!”

Taking to his Instagram, Bumstead recently shared an Instagram post on his story where Ramon Dino’s physique has been photoshopped and made oddly huge and Bumstead’s size has been reduced massively. The caption of Bumstead’s story read, “A look inside @ramondinopro dreams.”

After winning the title, Bumstead revealed during his short speech that he tore his lats 10 weeks before the Olympia contest. Despite this, he made sure to give his best and not let the injury get the better of him. Even last year, Bumstead unfortunately tore his biceps at the eleventh hour. Competing with torn biceps, Bumstead took home the first position.

This winning mentality was reflected earlier in a press conference. In the press conference, the 28-year-old made a bold statement. “I put in the work, I know these guys are fighting for second place,” he asserted, and he was true. His major competitors, Ramon Dino and Urs Kalecinski, stood second and third in the finals, while Cbum earned his fifth trophy. While Ramon actually improved compared to last year, only time will tell if he will ever have the chance to win on the Olympia stage.
