In the bodybuilding realm, it’s not a usual sight to notice family members sharing their fame. Where most people come from different backgrounds, people forget about those kids who grew up watching their fathers work hard. It’s well known that most kids follow in the footsteps of their parents. However, it shouldn’t be hard to believe in a scenario where these superhumans, with their utterly spectacular physiques, are their children’s role models. And Hunter Labrada, son of bodybuilding icon Lee Labrada, is no different. Hunter, who came in 2nd place at the 2023 Texas Pro, recently shared a beautiful moment with his father and another bodybuilder.
Hunter and Carlos share the frame with their fathers
In his recent Instagram story, Hunter shared a picture taken right after the Texas Pro contest. In the photo, Hunter is seen wearing his runner-up medal and standing in between his father on the left and the second runner-up of the contest, Carlos Thomas Jr., on his right. Carlos is a budding bodybuilder who just made his pro debut through the Texas Pro and instantly became a sensation among his peers, making his father immensely proud.

With the conclusion of the Texas Pro this year, fans are astounded by the results. The moment arrived when the argument between Andrew Jacked and Hunter Labrada finally concluded with the former’s impressive triumph.
The 2023 Texas Pro tournament
The two-day Texas Pro tournament that commenced on the 18th and 19th of August declared its victorious champ for the Men’s Open, Andrew Jacked. However, his rival, Hunter Labrada, was not far behind.
