Going against all adversities and thriving at doing what you love should be the ultimate goal. The passion and zeal of the powerlifter Tia Clair towards bodybuilding have kept her going. Being gifted with an angel on the 9th of May this year, things took a turn for her on the fitness journey.
While she was pregnant, Tia-Clair Toomey, the CrossFit champion, never stopped herself from working out and kept the fire ignited. This kept her fit even at the toughest time. However, after giving birth to her baby daughter, she consistently kept working harder to get back on track. Finally, after two months, she is now finally seen working out at a full stretch on the Internet.

The female powerlifter recently took to her Instagram and posted snippets of her workout in her video. She captioned it, “Training has been so enjoyable with my new little training buddy. Tag your favorite training partner.” She was carrying her baby to her chest with a baby stash, and she seemed absolutely happy.

In the video, she was first seen doing a set of clean pull-ups, followed by doing 6 reps of shoulder dumbbell press. She was then seen doing sumo squats and finally did some cool down by cycling. All this with her tiny baby daughter wrapped all around herself. The video was extremely heart-touching to watch.

In one of her videos, where Toomey was seen doing sled push-ups while she still had her baby bump, she enlightened her followers with a lesson she had learned. Clair answered a question that seems very significant to her life.

She was several times asked, “What advice would you give your younger self?” To this, she answered, “Be exactly who you are!”, she further added that refraining from being your true self will only lead to suffering.
