It is said to be a weight-training exercise that effectively builds shoulder and arm muscles and mass.
However, Lee Priest who is known for his truthful nature, openly calls out this fitness approach that is often adopted by aspiring bodybuilders. Bodybuilding legend Priest who has his unique style of training and always voices his opinion and support for others, denoted those as “idiots” who still do Arnold press.

In a recent video uploaded by Lee Priest’s YouTube channel, he talks about Arnold Press and shares his personal experience in the gym and how people still do it. “He’s f*****g with people. Yeah, he’s probably still laughing today. Went to the gym and saw those idiots still doing the Arnold Press. ” said the bodybuilding Priest. Here, he has called stupid those who do these exercises.
He further added, “Imagine if I brought out a training book, and in that training book, I do legitimate exercises, but for every body part, I’m going to be like, let’s just f*k with them.” Lee Priest called out the common culture prevalent in the gym.
This is not the first time, he criticized these practices. Earlier, he got annoyed at the fact that people exceed weights during hamstring training. He took to his Instagram account and shared his opinion.

Lee Priest recently shared a video on his Instagram. In the video, he advised on how one should train hamstrings. According to him, while doing hamstring exercises, one doesn’t need to use a lot of weight. He revealed how some people make the mistake of using heavy weights.

Due to using more weights, they become prone to injuries. Lee believes that it’s essential to focus on feeling the tension in your hamstrings. Lee suggested that if one is going to use a bench or box, one should make the most of it by stretching as far as one can.
