Four-time Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler is among the most jacked former champions at 50. While he had kept himself in shape after retirement, last year Cutler transformed his physique yet again for the ‘Fit for 50’ challenge. The Comeback Kid surprised everyone with his epic transformation far removed from his prime. However, the 50-year-old isn’t done yet.
During the latest episode of Jay Walking, the four-time champion spoke about doing another fitness challenge. “Training’s going great. I feel good. I’m really thinking about this 51 ‘Fit for’…” Jay Cutler said. The cameraman had no idea and was pleasantly surprised that Cutler had been planning another bodybuilding transformation.
“So I want to do another program and get in great shape for August. What do you think?” Cutler asked the camera. “I think that’s great,” said the man behind the camera as he walked beside the former Mr. Olympia. Cutler also explained that this year, he’ll be able to focus even more on the transformation because last year’s schedule was busier.

“Last year though I felt like towards the end I started traveling quite a bit,” said Jay Cutler. While the 50-year-old might be able to give this year’s fitness challenge even more effort, it doesn’t mean he slacked off last year. Despite the busy schedule, Cutler went back to eating like he did during his years of competing in the Olympia.
The bodybuilder switched his diet and started eating what he ate during his bodybuilding prime. Jay Cutler also optimized his supplementing and focused on working hard in the gym and recovery. On August 3, 2023, Cutler stunned the bodybuilding world with his physique reveal. However, the bodybuilding champion revealed he is excited about something else other than his transformation.
