Arnold Schwarzenegger has always given substantial information about proper sleep in his newsletters. Even the millionaire businessman Bryan Johnson, who has designed a blueprint that will help him remain youthful for a long time, has said that sleep is one of the most important aspects of this. Now the third famous bodybuilder who is advocating for the same thing is Sean Nalewanyj.
His YouTube video, “This Test Booster ACTUALLY Works…” had all the information that he needed to give related to sleep and how we can help him remain fit. He started the video by talking about certain check boxes that, if maintained, can improve health in the long run and on a substantial level.

Nalewanyj started the video by saying that there is a highly underrated natural testosterone booster that works far better than other ideas given by social media fitness influencers. He immediately wants people to not go gulping down onion juice or aggressively tanning themselves. The solution he had was very simple and did not even require a lot of costs.
He said that sleep was the most important testosterone booster and that “dialing in your sleep quality by ticking off the following boxes is one of the simplest yet most effective ways to not only optimize your testosterone levels but also maximize recovery and performance.”
The main thing that he suggested was maintaining a consistent sleeping and waking schedule, which is one of the best ways to increase testosterone levels and overall health. Along with that, he also suggested keeping the “room cool, dark, and free of sudden noises. Avoid going to sleep too full or too hungry. And don’t consume excessive liquids close to bedtime.”
So according to him, sleep is the most important way to increase testosterone levels as well as overall health. This is not his first time talking about sleep, and it underscores the role that it plays.

He talked about his past regrets, and the fitness coach declared, “That was probably the single dumbest thing I ever did to try to build muscle as far as diet is concerned. I’d set my alarm for 03:30 a.m.”
He talked about having proper sleep and said that every night he would force himself to get out of bed midway through the night and walk down to the kitchen. He used to blame the protein shake, drink it in the kitchen, and then go back to bed. However, he remains that force-feeding himself to eat protein to build muscle while depriving myself of sleep is not going to help.
