Unlike Arnold Schwarzenegger, a gym rat and fitness freak, Tom Arnold preferred an inactive lifestyle until a couple of years back. His unhealthy lifestyle resulted in a life-threatening stroke in 2022. The single dad realized what he messed up so far and wanted to transform his ways to live longer and care for his children.

The 64-year-old hired a trainer and followed a strict regime to lose weight consistently and is now an inspiration to many on their weight loss journey. His faith in his trainer was reflected when he revealed how he followed his mentor in an interview with the Fox News channel.

I went up to an hour of cardio, hard cardio. I ate what he said to eat when he said to eat it. And I was never hungry,” Arnold stated in the interview. The results are evident when the 64-year-old reached a weight much less than in the True Lies era. Schwarzenegger is also indirectly linked to Arnold’s transformation as the latter found his trainer at the Governator’s house.
