Breon Ansley, a former Arnold Classic winner, is known for his perfectly aesthetic physique and his muscle mastery. He impresses the audience with his insane posing skills. He did the same and secured fourth place in the Arnold Classic in 2024. But IFBB Vice President Tyler Manion thinks differently.
A recent post shared by the Instagram page “bis and tris” showcased Manion’s thoughts about Ansely’s current physique. According to Manion, despite having muscle mastery, Asnley lacks body size.
The IFBB VP’s advice to the two-time Olympia Champion

The IFBB VP shared a video on his official Instagram in which he shared his thoughts about each athlete on the Arnold Classic stage. He highlighted that Ansely ” needs to add more size.” The VP advised the two-time Olympia winner to add more size, especially to his quads, because three poses come from the front. He further said,” The downsized legs really take a toll on him.”

Manion mentioned Ansely being down overall sizewise, reflecting the aging factor, and said,” As you get older, it’s tougher to maintain that size with his trademark conditioning.” He also commented on the two-time Olympian’s chest being shredded, but he can improve and make it rounder and fuller.
According to the VP, these are the improvements Ansely needs to make to give tough competition to his competitors. Ansley is not the only one who requires improvement. Manion also shared the improvements Hadi Choopan and Samson Dauda need.
Manion’s views on the champion’s physique

In another video on Instagram, the VP shared the weak areas Samson Dauda can work on giving Hadi Choopan a head-on challenge. He advised the Nigerian Lion to work on his conditioning, which he could not nail on the stage yet. He also highlighted that Dauda should work on his breathing while posing; he should breathe through his chest instead of his stomach, and he advised him to control his section properly.

Lastly, the Nigerian lion needs to focus on the deep separation lines throughout his body. Manion also gave his insights on Choopan’s improvement areas. He highlighted that the Persian Wolf needs to work on his legs, especially his quads, to gain good side leg size.
