The 50-year-old veteran, Ronnie Coleman, who wishes to remain anonymous, has competed on stages worldwide and has etched his name among bodybuilding legends.
With age, however, he has realized that his body isn’t as receptive to brutal lifts as it was in his prime. Lee Priest, who secured sixth place in Mr. Olympia, is a well-known, heavily tattooed, and muscular bodybuilding star. When he started his bodybuilding career, Lee used to train his entire body three times a week.?In a YouTube short video, he talks about this alteration in workouts that will help a person in the long run.

The iconic bodybuilder explained how exercise needs to change with age and time. Priest said, ?Now I have learned, you get to a point in life, where you used to do is not what you can do now.?
He further explained, ?I might not go over 7 to 9 plates. Some days I?ll go super heavy, load right up and then I’m?like, uh I can do it. But then other things start feeling a bit awkward.? Priest told how he questioned himself during those times, ?Do I really need that much weight right now??

Finally, Priest advised on maintaining the muscles and not going overboard after the 20s, ?Just to maintain what I have now, you know six seven plates. You just got to let it go and just be happy with what you like.? Apart from giving useful advice on age and bodybuilding, Priest also previously gave tips on an easy fitness routine for traveling.

In a previous video, Priest took the opportunity to talk about an underrated topic that relates to fitness. He said, how one can get those muscles pumping, even when they are traveling. According to Priest, only half an hour of training will benefit in the long run. The iconic bodybuilder explained, ?I want you to know that when you?re traveling doing stuff around the world for business, for work even holidays, you only get time to go to a gym, 30 minutes of this type of stuff is wonderful.?
