Noel Deyzel is not only a bodybuilding champion but established himself through social media by making fitness YouTube videos. He has more than three million subscribers on his YouTube channel and clearly, after seeing his physique, his fame does not seem like a fluke. The South African fitness star had ventured into bodybuilding when he was 21 and turned the negative comments about him being skinny into a positive fuel to become a man with one of the best physiques. The 38-year-old credits his mother for all his success.

In a recent Instagram post, he decided to show his six-year journey of improving his physique and every single picture showed the hard work he put into bodybuilding. The fans were astounded seeing the progress and could not help but comment.

The picture carousel started with Noel Deyzel in 2018 and his progress till 2024. He clearly showed his surprise in the captions by explaining how the changes that are made every day are not noticeable in the beginning. But as a person looks back that is when the differences are genuinely visible.

He continued, “That’s why you gotta keep pushing on, regardless of what the body dysmorphia or negative self-talk is telling you! Keep going bro, your changes are happening right in front of you 🙏🏼😇.”

A man who credits his mother for all the encouragement and the two jobs she took up to fulfill his dream, is definitely making his mom proud. His strength and dedication to bodybuilding as well as his mother’s hard work always find a soft spot in the fans’ minds as well.
