Markus Ruhl, a.k.a the German Ruhl was one of those bodybuilders who could have hidden a stiff competition to not only Ronnie Coleman but Chris Bumstead as well. His physique kept on growing and his muscularity started to show especially in 2004 when he stood on stage with other competitors and presented a jaw-dropping physique to the audience with his 5’10” stature. The same mammoth physique is also seen in a throwback video from the Night of the Champions where he took over the whole competition.

Unfortunately, he was long forgotten in the industry of bodybuilding. At first, he did not have any dreams of becoming a bodybuilder but after an injury due to soccer, he moved to this industry. He started with the Bachgau Cup in Babenhausen, Germany, where he not only won the heavyweight title but also achieved the overall championship.

The voiceover also mentioned how he was not one of the top craziest bodybuilders of all time but the amount of mass muscle and freak factor was insane in his conditioning. The Night of the Champions was one of the two shows that he had ever won in his career. The bodybuilder weighed 237lbs in the contest condition. Ruhl had 24 inches of biceps and crazy striations.

Even the fans in the audience supported the German and today the comments were the same. One fan said, “Looked straight up villain mode.
