The boxing sensation Ryan Garcia has once again made it to the headlines after his B-sample came out positive for a banned PED named Ostarine. Garcia was accused of consuming the banned substance before his last fight against the WBC world super-lightweight champion Davin Haney. Now, KingRy’s positive drug test findings put the onus on his legal team to prove there was possible supplement contamination. At the moment, things are looking bleak for the Victorville native whose boxing license might be canceled.

The famous and well-respected bodybuilder Derek, who goes by the name “More Plates More Dates” on YouTube, has recently uploaded a video expressing his honest opinion on the whole situation. Let’s delve deep and find out what the bodybuilder thinks of Garcia’s PED usage.

Derek suggested Garcia to make wise choices

This is not an unusual strategy for some people who are looking to use a particular compound having a product that is knowingly contaminated as a cop-out to be able to use that compound and then say it was your supplement,” explained Derek. Then the bodybuilder moved on to the amount of Ostarine present in Garcia’s system.

According to the reports Derek shared, KingRy had six nanograms per milliliter, which is almost sixty times over the limits. Only 0.1-gram milliliters per gram of Ostarine falls under the allowed limit. However, the boxing enigma is still denying the accusations and has done a hair test. The results might surprise you as it came out negative. But the results cannot overrule the urine sample as this is not a “gold standard” test and it is “not a validated method of SARM ingestion.”

But at the end of the day, it’s like this isn’t going to just eliminate the you know the test results that he’s had in his urine; it is just something to build a case against how it was not intentional,” said Derek. He continued and said, “To be honest, as mentioned in the first video, even if you were looking at this thing seriously, if you’re an athlete with even a like room temperature IQ, coach on your side would hopefully tell you this is not the compound you want to be using. Like there is no sane, not completely idiotic person who would ever suggest using Ostarine as a PED in boxing; this is a completely absurd choice.”

The bodybuilder concluded the video and said, “No matter which way you spin it with this guy, even if he was trying to dope, his dose was like way too low, and even if it was an in inadvertent contamination, there’s no way the dose he was using inadvertently would have helped him.” After all this drama, there is still more to come. Let’s take a look at what will be happening next.

KingRy deleted the controversial tweets

After B-sample tests returned positive, Garcia did what no one expected him to do. He deleted the controversial tweet where he wrote, “Lets go we positive. Positive vibes bruh. Yess so happy.”

However, he’ll be taking his case to the New York State Athletic Commission. This is the commission that sanctioned the fight held on April 21. On the other hand, Haney’s team is creating pressure to overturn the results. They want either a no-contest or Garcia’s disqualification after the results of the drug test.

What do you think of the whole case? Do you still think Garcia will come out unscathed in the entire fiasco? Let us know in the comments.
