Nick Walker, a 29-YO bodybuilder, has graded his prestige and stature as, ‘The Mutant’, in the pilot years of his bodybuilding career, grueling and sculpting his physique by clinching the title of Arnold Classic 2021. Moreover, Walker is getting ready to try again for the Sandow trophy in 2023. He was beaten by Hadi Choopan before, but now he’s determined to win. In a recent video on TikTok posted on his channel @nickwalkerifbbpro, Nick talks about, “How to grow your chest.”

The Mutant has flooded his social media handles with videos of his workout regimen. Moreover, a few days before, Nick posted a video exhibiting his arm exercise sessions, and a month ago, he boasted his strong quads, giving his pro tips, and striking a pose ahead of 2023 Mr. Olympia. 

Nick Walker’s pro tip on growing the chest

Nick Walker is making waves in the realm of bodybuilding. After losing the 2023 Arnold Classic against the giant Samson Dauda, Walker is not just flexing and doubling up his muscles, he is pushing ahead with his mental resilience. Nick has 373k followers on his TikTok account, and 4.4 million likes, so when he talks about fitness, gaining quads, and pumping muscles, the bodybuilding fraternity listens. 

In the TikTok video, he mentions, “If you can incline press the 100-pound dumbbells, the odds are, you probably don’t have the big chest.” In addition to this, he goes on enunciating about the process to grow the chest by quoting, “Let me explain, 9 times and a 10, you see people come in here doing the 100s, doing the 120s, and 150s.” Herein, Walker is talking about the dumbbell chest press exercise, which is one of the foremost exercises to grow the chest.

Furthermore, the Mutant says, “Not everyone is Ronnie Coleman, we don’t have those types of genetics,” the most exceptional trait Coleman possesses is that his muscles are more resistant to damage. However, the 8-time Mr. Olympia doesn’t secure the Sandow trophy solely due to his genetics; rather, he achieves it through dedicated training efforts.

Thus, concluding the video, the New Jersey native said, “In order to really stimulate the chest with 100 lb dumbbell, you come all the way down, hold the stretch for a hot second and explode up and squeeze at the top again bring your elbows together, down slow and control the eccentric, pause the bottom for a split second. Hold up and squeeze,” summing up he adds, “That’s how you grow your chest. Stop ego lifting and control weight.” Nevertheless, Nick Walker is hungry for conquest in the forthcoming competition after a thrashing defeat by Samson Dauda at the Arnold Classic.  

A thrashing cold war before the show 

Assuredly, the bodybuilding fraternity will soon witness an overwhelming rivalry between the two rising stars of the bodybuilding arena. As quoted by Nick “Samson’s got a s**t back too. I don’t know Neither is Samson’s back. Samson’s is flat as a board. There’s nothing going on there. From the front Samson is a monster but he turns around, Wait What happened?”
