Dealing with Down Syndrome can be a tough job, and being a bodybuilder on top of that is almost unimaginable. Kyle Landi blurs this distinction as he grabs everyone’s attention by showing his capacity to surpass everyone’s expectations.

After getting invited as a guest bodybuilder in the 2023 Arnold Classic, Landi also got a wider reach within the industry. Recently, he was also part of a training session with Ronnie Coleman. Now, days after announcing that he would try to for a new personal record, a new update has come from the young bodybuilder, regarding the same.

In the video posted on his Instagram, Landi was seen working out with his mother. At the beginning of the video, he excitedly shared how his new PR leg press consisted of five solid plates. He stated, “I am doing biga** five plates today. Let’s Go…..”

After the video portrayed him actually achieving his goals, he was asked how he felt about the exercise. The 23-year-old Landi said, “It feels good”. Then he also pointed out how he had done four plates before and never five. Hence, the experience had been good for him.

In a society where most people would discourage a person with Down syndrome from pursuing a profession like bodybuilding, Kyle Landi fans and the fitness community support him to no end.

While most people asked him to keep up the good work, others pointed out how well he handles his situation and is determined to get better. With such a supportive community, Kyle also feels more motivated to work out and improve himself.
