When Chris Bumstead was asked what was the one thing that people don’t know about ster**ds but should most definitely be aware of, the bodybuilding legend pointed out a crucial aspect that most people in the fitness industry take for granted. The 29-year-old bodybuilder pointed out the simple truth that one must keep in mind before approaching ster**ds.
The five-time Mr. Olympia champion in Classic Physique, CBum has revealed how harmful ster**ds can be not just physically, but also on a psychological level. But is that the only reason Bumstead recommends that people stay away from it?

Chris Bumstead once revealed how in a Q&A session in Dubai he had to answer a kid of about 17, who asked him whether he should do stre**ds or not. CBum had replied, “I’m like, no. First of all, I always tell people if you have to ask someone else, you shouldn’t.” Then Bumstead also added how the side effects of ster**d usage also vary from individual to individual so people should not take risks.
Bumstead also stated how ster**ds can become extremely addictive from the very first cycle. He explained, “You know, you could do one cycle, and then your natural testosterone could be dumped for the rest of your life. or you have to be on TRT.” He further added how it can make someone infertile or mismatch their cholesterol level even attack their heart health and liver. CBum claimed, “People can get addicted, no addicted like a dr*g but you get addicted to the results and how you feel and how you look and all.”
When the bodybuilder was once asked about whether ster**ds have the power to single-handedly take bodybuilders to the top, he had a major statement to make about it.

Explaining how several people who take ster**ds certainly do not make it great in bodybuilding, Bumstead had said, “I mean it’s proven because if you guys really knew how many people take steroids and look like cr*p, It’s a very high level of people.” Thus according to him, ster**ds can help in pushing one’s physique, but reaching the top definitely requires hard work and dedication.
CBum also confessed how he was trying to reduce the amount of PEDs that he was taking, while making a difference in his routine to ensure that he continues to put in more hard work into his physique. “Be more consistent and efficient. With my nutrition, I’ve learned how to push myself harder.”

As the five-time Classic Physique Olympia reveals, being on ster**ds would not ensure your victory in the bodybuilding world.
