Joseph Baena’s Training Partner Outshines His Bodybuilding Genetics as Internet Declares He “Looks More Like Arnold’s Son Than His Son”

The German bodybuilder Johny Munster is becoming a new internet sensation. He is famous for his pranks and workouts with prominent bodybuilding figures like Ronnie Coleman, Wesley Vissers, and coach Greg Doucette. Joseph Baena, the son of seven-time Mr. Olympia Arnold Schwarzenegger, recently worked out with the German bodybuilder.

Munster recently posted a video on his official Instagram account displaying Baena and himself having a chest day in the gym together and posing afterward. Fans went crazy over the post and declared Munster as Schwarzenegger’s son in the comment section.

In the video, Munster and Baena started their chest-day workout by doing a dumbbell chest press with 150-pound dumbbells. Then they moved on to cable fly, and Munster easily did the reps where Baena lacked strength. Both posed and flexed their physiques, and the German bodybuilder outperformed Schwarzenegger’s son. 

They did a side chest pose, flaunting their pumped chest, and in the most muscular pose, Musnter’s separation lines and muscle definition were on top. The German bodybuilder captioned his video “Golden Era Brothers!” highlighting the golden era of the bodybuilding realm when Arnie dominated the sport.

Baena replied to Munster’s video and commented,” Epic workout brother!” Fans went ga ga over the short video, declaring Munster as Arnie’s lost son. They walked down memory lane, recollecting Arnie’s memories with his gym partner Franco Columbu, and even declared Musnter was bringing back the golden era of bodybuilding.
