Have you ever met a woman who is not only academically gifted but is an Ivy League student who can take a full class load at university while also deadlifting 120 lbs simultaneously? If not then meet Kira Lindner, who is breaking stereotypes not only regarding muscle and fitness but also stereotypes against women. She is a woman’s track and field athlete at the University of Pennsylvania and has a massive 226K following on Instagram. 

The 25-year-old not only gave the audience academic wisdom on business but also gave fitness advice and killed two birds with one stone. She was flexing not only her muscles but also her grey matter and encouraging others to do the same.

She captioned her Instagram video by saying, “strengthening our bodies AND minds🤑.” She was talking about a business aspect called the “magic of free”. The bodybuilding prodigy who was deadlifting 3 X 6 – 8 Spoke about how free goods might have a huge demand.

Then she started explaining the supply and demand model where the price decrease is equally proportionate to the increase in the demand for the product. She was explaining this difficult mathematical calculation while also doing a heel elevator narrow squat. Talk about multi-talented!

While the voiceover was explaining difficult mathematical calculations the video showed her doing different exercises such as the quad-focused Bulgarian split squats. The next exercise that she did was low narrow stance leg presses. Finally, she did a leg extension and finished the video by saying that she would keep on posting some mind and muscle-flexing views in the future as well.

Her lean and chiseled body accompanied by her wisdom in economics is not the only kind of video that she makes. She also uploads videos talking about the misconceptions of women lifting weights and getting bulkier, and also fighting against the stereotypes of women in the fitness industry.
