Every year, only one bodybuilder champion will be honored with the Mr. Olympia title, and the elite of sport enter the IFBB Hall of Fame. Sameer Bannout is one of the great bodybuilders who lifted the Sandow Trophy in 1983 by competing against the champions like Frank Zane and Lee Haney. Subsequently, he was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2002.

Popularly called Lebanon Cedar for his terrific lower back, Bannout has always impressed the bodybuilding community with his physique. He recently shared his jacked pictures on his Instagram, leaving the netizens thrilled.

Bannout shared his physique as he flexed his muscles, which left the fans awestruck. His back and front pose gave a glimpse of superior conditioning. A fascinated fan commented, “Like a Greek God. This is the right way!” while another fan declared, “The ultimate, well proportioned, well symmetrical, hard trained physique to a well-deserved man.”

He once stated, “How many times we talk about life expectancy? If that is involved, we need to eliminate the garbage. If you want to live to 75 or 80, you need to avoid this crap [Insulin].”
