Want-away Southampton star, Morgan Schneiderlin, will not be allowed to go anywhere, confirms new saint’s boss, Ronald Koeman. The prolific box to box midfielder is believed to be one of the best defensive minded players in the Premier League and has been rewarded with two caps for France at the senior level. He has also captained the U-16, U-17 and U-18 sides of his country.

“We have spoken about that (the tweet) and I have told Morgan these things need to be kept in house. He is a Southampton player and he will continue to be so. He will be involved in our friendly against Bayer Leverkusen next week and against Liverpool on the first day of the season.”

If Morgan is eventually allowed to leave the club, it would act as an addition to the first team mass exodus this summer, with the likes of Adam Lallana, Rickie Lambert, Luke Shaw and Dejan Lovern already finding new clubs for themselves.
