Ahead of his final race for Ferrari, Kimi Raikkonen praised his press officer, Stefania Bocchi. Bocchi also happens to be team boss, Maurizio Arrivabene‘s wife. Raikkonen was in an interview with Bocchi on the side, recording, when he said, “I told them that you have been the best.”
The flattered Bocchi thanked the Finn for the praise. Later, when the interviewer asked her about Kimi, she said, “I’m starting to cry, Big respect. Great guy and great driver. I’ll really miss him. I’ll keep asking him about pictures of the kids. I hope he will remain as part of the Ferrari family.”

This will be Raikkonen’s final race for Ferrari before he moves to Sauber. His vacant seat will be taken by Sauber driver and Ferrari Academy graduate, Charles LeClerc. Raikkonen’s teammate for 2019 will be another Ferrari junior, Antonio Giovinazzi.
Kimi Raikkonen has clearly stated that when he moves to Alfa Romeo-Sauber, his focus will clearly be on driving. However, for now, he will be eager to finish his final race for Ferrari on a high note. Raikkonen and Stefania Bocchi have worked together for four years.
It is no secret that Arrivabene has been quite fond of the 2007 world champion. In fact, on Instagram, Raikkonen posted a picture of himself, his wife Minttu, Arrivabene and Bocchi. All four of them were sporting ‘We Love Kimi’ T-shirts.
