Considering the most recent events, Antonio Brown is easily one of the most talked-about athletes out there. With the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have released Brown earlier this year, Brown recently appeared on “I AM ATHLETE”, speaking about various topics including his time with the Bucs. The show also had former Los Angeles Lakers star Nick Young, who had his own opinions on Brown and Tom Brady.

While Young believed that Brady somewhat helped Brown out, the latter remained grateful but stood by his decisions.
Though there have been enough talks about Brown’s relationship with Brady, the 33-year-old spoke about the situation himself. Young’s views were his own and hinted at Brown receiving another chance in his career.
Former Lakers star Nick Young speaks up on Antonio Brown and Tom Brady
With both Young and Brown on the show, Brandon Marshall asked Young about his comments. “Tom Brady gave him a chance, that’s what I was talking about,” Young said, adding that it was all he was saying. As per Young, no one else could have helped Brown the way Brady did.
“I think Tom was like the only one that could have give him a chance,” he added, stating that no one else in Brady’s shoes could have done what Brady was doing. “They could get somebody ? that just ? that could bring somebody back to life”.?

Brown, however, countered that he had the $30 million that was being offered. What he wanted now was to become a champion ? to win. He further explained that yes, he got what Young was saying. Brown remains grateful for what Brady did, which was basically caring enough about him to want him back.
Did Brady help Brown’s career?
Despite that, Brown believes Brady has little to do with this career. “He’s not the coach,” Brown said, adding that Brady could not control what happened to him, and is there to do his job.
He did emphasize on the fact that there is no problem, as nothing that happened had anything to do with Brady. “Everyone want to make it like it’s a problem. There’s no problem. We’re just talking about reality situations but they all make people react a different way”.?

In the end, Young did nod along with what Brown had to say. Though he was offered a good contract, Brown wanted to win ? which he did in 2020.
