Stephen Curry is currently playing in his 6th NBA Finals in eight years. Even though the 34-year-old superstar from the Warriors has currently shown no signs of slowing down, his team’s owner wants him to follow in Tom Brady’s footsteps.

Tom Brady is known for his longevity in the game. Despite being 44 years old, Brady is still at the pinnacle of the NFL. Brady’s quality at such an age inspires many athletes. Similarly, the Warriors’ owner Joe Lacob wants Curry to be like Brady.

Joe Lacob referring to Brady said, “I tell Steph all the time, ‘Do whatever he does. Whatever he does, you do.’ I told him that… But who knows? The world is changing a lot and maybe I’m just being my usual optimist self.”

He added, “But I feel like Steph can play at a high level, and maybe Klay, too, for longer than most people would have done in the past.” Joe Lacob certainly wants both of his superstar players to play at a high level for a prolonged period.
