The Magic City in Florida is hosting the inaugural Miami GP. It seems the magic of the first Miami race has attracted not only F1 fans but also many celebrities. The Mercedes stable is star-studded on race day.

The F1 paddock was full of big names throughout the race weekend. F1 fans witnessed big names like Venus Williams, David Beckham, Hailee Steinfeld, and many more stars.

However, the Silver Arrows paddock was most star-studded, especially on the last day of the weekend. Among many big names visiting the Mercedes, the one personality that stood out the most was the basketball legend, Michael Jordan.

Miami’s entire Formula One paddock was awestruck to see the NBA legend. Further, the seven-time world champion shared a photo of MJ with his father, Anthony Hamilton, and stated the two men as his heros.

 

The other big names visiting the Mercedes stable in Miami GP

Michael Jordan wasn’t the only big name that visited the stables of the eight-time world champion constructor. Another NBA great, Dwyane Wade, visited the Mercedes stable. Further, the former basketball player visited the Miami GP along with his actress wife, Gabrielle Union.

Further, Lewis Hamilton is good friends with the superstar tennis family, the Williams. So, the American tennis star Venus Williams also visited the Silver Arrows. The Mercedes stable got even more star-studded when the English soccer legend David Beckham visited them. The former soccer player is also the owner of the football club based in the Magic City, Inter Miami CF.

The NFL quarterback star Tom Brady also visited the Silver Arrows. Brady even participated in a golf event in Miami with Lewis Hamilton a few days before the race weekend in the boating capital of the world. It was an excellent experience for the people to see so many big names together.

However, the German constructor also has a race on their hand. They had a rough season as the Mercedes duo struggled with the car. But Mercedes showcased impressive pace in Miami. Further, Hamilton qualified for P5, but teammate George Russell secured P12 after suffering from under-steer in his car.
