The NBA vs NFL debate is a hot topic among sports fans on social media. However, on many occasions, athletes have also stepped in on the debate. Draymond Green, annoyed at Tom Brady’s NBA take, gives a perfect response
NFL legend Tom Brady and Draymond Green once appeared in an interview in 2021. During the interview, Tom Brady claimed that NBA is ‘too easy’ and the players get hurt easily.
“These NBA guys get hurt all the time. And in my mind, I’m thinking ‘It’s so easy!’,” Brady said. “I mean no offense, but you don’t have to run that far! There’s not a lot of contacts. You’ve got nice, comfortable shoes on. It’s a nice climate all the time!”
While Brady added not to take offense, any NBA fan would be offended at the swipe taken by him. Green also had a perfect response for Brady’s shots.
Green responded: “What we see as a basketball player is, as a football player, I don’t have to be in as great of shape because you get a f**king stop after every play.”
