Brooklyn Nets have been struggling since January when Kevin Durant got injured. However, Durant just made his comeback against the Heat and has played two games for the Nets so far. But the Nets have lost both of the games with Durant. During all this, Durant, however, achieved a personal feat by crossing the 25k points mark and is now 23rd on the all-time list.

The Slim Reaper scored game-high 31 points in his comeback game against the Heat last week. But without much support from other starters, he couldn’t stop a 2nd-half comeback from the Heat. Durant again recorded a 30+ game against the Celtics, but Tatum’s insane 54-point game downed the Nets.

However, as the Nets lost against the Celtics, Durant crossed the 25k points mark in the NBA. It is surely a massive feat and Durant is now among the top 23 scorers of all time.
With this latest achievement, Durant recently admitted that he should have reached 30k by now. He could have reached if not for the injuries in the last few seasons. NBA fans reacted to his comments on Twitter and compared him with NBA greats such as Kareem and LeBron.

Durant has been in fine form since his return. However, the Nets have failed to capitalize on his return and lost both of their last two games. They now sit 9th in the Eastern Conference with a 32-33 record. Moreover, the Nets are on a four-game losing streak.
