Stephen Curry reacts to Klay Thompson’s Performance vs Cavaliers
While talking to the media after the game, Curry said, “That moment delivered, that moment delivered for sure. I got goosebumps on the outside of the court just watching. Big smiles and all that.”
While we set the spotlights on Klay Thompson for today’s game, Stephen Curry certainly stunned the crowd in the first quarter. He started out 4/4 from beyond the arc in the first quarter. Therefore, it almost seemed like Curry was going to steal Klay’s ‘welcome back’ game.
Nevertheless, Curry had a good display throughout the game and ended with 28 points. He went cold after his hot start and finished 4 of 11 from the 3 point line. Whereas, Klay certainly kept the spotlight with his poster dunks and incredible shooting.

What does this mean for the Golden State Warriors?
While the Warriors were overall not shooting well from beyond the arc, their defense was certainly matching the expectations of a title-contending side. Klay certainly brought up the spirits of the entire team. Once he is back to his 100% self, won’t be long before he averages a steady 18-20 points per game.
