Shaquille O’Neal reveals how the statue of Kobe Bryant should look like
Shaquille O’Neal recently appeared for an interview on ‘Real 92.3 LA’. During the interview, he discussed thinking about Kobe Bryant every time. He was also asked how Kobe Bryant’s statue should look like and what iconic moment should it resemble.
To this. Shaq replied: “I mean, he has so many”.
“This was one of his go-to moves. You could probably I would say something like a fade away. Because something like a fade away would probably just go to one of these mini buzzer-beater shots. Maybe that one in Phoenix when they were playing as a Phoenix and he came off and he hit that shot. So maybe, maybe that one.”
The great Kobe Bryant could have his statue in front of the Staples Center, home of the Lakers. Kobe had so many iconic moments that it is hard to pick just one for his statue. Shaq picked his buzzer-beater vs Phoenix Suns.

The Lakers were 90-88 down in the last quarter of the 2006 playoffs with just less than 8 secs left on the clock. Kobe sunk a sensational two-pointer to level the score. The Lakers were trailing in the overtime by a point, but Kobe came in clutch again as he hit the game-winning two-pointer. The Lakers won 99-98 and led the series 3-1. However, the Suns made a comeback and won the series 4-3.
