LeBron James and Dwyane Wade’s Miami Heat was arguably the first successful super team in the NBA since Michael Jordan’s Chicago Bulls. While the Boston Celtics won a championship with the Big Three of Pierce, Garnett, and Allen, they did not stick together for long. Whereas, the Miami Heat dominated for two back-to-back seasons after getting stunned by Nowitzki’s Mavericks in 2011.
Subsequently, these two seasons cemented a Hall of Fame spot for Wade, LeBron, and Bosh at the end of their careers. However, one former Miami Heat player feels Bosh did not deserve the recognition he got. Rather, he was a mere role player on this trio’s team. This former Heat player is the NBA legend, Shaquille O’Neal.

LeBron James and Dwyane Wade have both won championship rings without the other. So it would be absurd to claim that they needed each other to win. However, Bosh only has two championships and both of them could not happen without James or Wade. So while O’Neal‘s statements might be brutal, but they might have some truth to them.
